Enterprise Transformation Advisory · Veteran-Owned
Most organizations are efficient at being ineffective. Agilitatum finds the leanest path to change that actually sticks — commercially successful, measurably better, and built around your people.
"The goal is never efficient processes. The goal is effective outcomes — happier teams, better products, measurable commercial success."
We measure effectiveness at every step. And we exit when the work is done. We're not in the business of homesteading.
The Agilitatum Difference
No cookie-cutter SAFe installations. We assess your unique culture, capabilities, and goals — then design the bespoke path that makes sense for your organization. Nothing more, nothing less.
Real transformation requires alignment at every level. We work as comfortably in the C-suite as on the shop floor — because misalignment at any layer sinks the whole effort.
Our coaches have written production code, led engineering teams, and implemented DevOps pipelines. We speak engineer as a first language, not a second. That changes the conversation.
We build organizations that sustain transformation after we leave. Dependency on outside consultants is a failure mode. Our success metric is your independence.
Motivated, engaged people build better products. We believe organizational health and commercial success are not competing priorities — they are the same priority.
Pattern recognition earned across startups, global enterprises, military operations, and government. We've seen most failure modes before they happen — and know how to route around them.
About Agilitatum
Agilitatum was founded by Rodger Koopman, a retired U.S. Air Force officer, former VP of Engineering, elected public official, and Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) with over 40 years of experience across military, government, startup, and enterprise environments.
Rodger has led global software engineering teams, written weapons guidance systems, taught Computer Science at the University of Maryland, and guided hundreds of agile teams through real transformation — not just certification exercises. He has worked at the highest levels of executive leadership and deep in the technical trenches. That range is rare. It matters.
The name Agilitatum reflects a foundational belief: agility is not a methodology to be installed. It is an organizational capability to be developed — thoughtfully, sustainably, and always in service of real outcomes.
"I've watched companies invest millions in transformation frameworks and fail — not because the framework was wrong, but because the leadership never changed. Process doesn't transform organizations. People do."— Rodger Koopman, Founder, Agilitatum LLC

The AI Imperative
Every organization is rushing to become "AI-first." Most will struggle — not because the technology fails, but because the organizational foundation isn't there. Unclear ownership, misaligned incentives, resistant culture, and leaders who don't understand what they're actually asking their people to absorb.
We help leadership teams build the organizational readiness to make AI adoption real, sustainable, and commercially meaningful — rather than a headline that fades in 18 months.
"The companies that successfully adopt AI will be the ones that invest in their people alongside the technology — not instead of them."
Honest evaluation of organizational capability, culture, and leadership alignment before committing to an AI roadmap.
Getting executive teams to a shared, realistic understanding of what AI adoption actually requires — and what it won't solve.
Human-centered approaches to role evolution, reskilling, and the organizational trust required to make transitions work.
Redesigning how work flows, decisions get made, and teams collaborate in an AI-augmented environment.
Defining what success looks like and building the feedback loops that keep adoption on track and honest.
Our Commitment
We partner with you, build capability inside your organization, measure progress rigorously, and exit when the job is done — leaving you with a high-performing, self-sustaining operation that doesn't need us anymore.
That is our definition of success. It should be yours too.
Get In Touch
Every engagement starts with an honest conversation. No pitch decks, no canned presentations. Just a direct discussion about where you are, where you want to be, and whether we're the right fit to help you get there.
